Update 3

Another quick update for Kira's Legacy!

• Quality of life fixes
• Changed the accuracy and evasiveness to reduce the amount of times that characters will miss an attack
• Encounter rate has been changed in most areas of the game to allow for more uninterrupted adventuring (mainly in Temples when dealing with puzzles)
• Slight changes to the phrasing in certain dialogues
• Typo fixes
